I would like to cancel my ticket. Until when is this possible?
<1-Day and 2-Day Pass (Mini/Wide)>
A cancellation fee of ¥110 per ticket reservation will be charged after confirmation.
Please cancel via your My Page.
The cancellation procedure is as follows:
① Log in via [My Page] in the reservation confirmation email
② Tap [Reservation Confirmation]
③ Tap the reservation listed under [Before Participation]
④ Tap [Cancel] displayed at the bottom of the page, agree to the cancellation policy, and proceed with cancellation
⑤ A reservation cancellation email will be sent
Please tell me how to change the number of participants.

② Tap [Reservation Confirmation]
③ Tap the reservation listed under [Before Attendance]
④ Tap [Change Reservation] next to the number of attendees and modify as desired
⑤ A new reservation confirmation email will be sent

You can cancel your reservation from your My Page.

I canceled my ticket from My Page. When will I get a refund?
The timing of refunds to your credit card varies depending on each credit card company.
(Typically, it often takes several business days.)
If you wish to confirm the specific status of your refund,
we kindly ask that you contact your credit card company directly.
The bus I planned to use has been canceled. What happens with the refund?

What should I do if the purchaser and user are different?
We recommend that the actual passenger purchase the ticket.
Can tickets be used separately?
If you purchased tickets as a group, they cannot be used separately. Please ensure everyone is together before boarding.
How to Purchase and Payment Information
How do I purchase tickets?
The steps to purchase each ticket are as follows:
① Open the page for the ticket you wish to purchase
② Select the 【Number of Participants・Date of Attendance】 on the calendar within the page, then tap 【Next】
③ Register as a member
(Choose either email address, Google, or Facebook)
④ Fill out the reservation form
⑤ Enter your credit card information
⑥ Complete the 3D Secure authentication for your credit card
⑦ The reservation completion page will display, and a reservation confirmation email will be sent
Please tell me the available payment methods.
The following credit cards are accepted:
・VISA
・MASTER
・JCB
・AMEX
・DINERS
※Prepaid cards and debit cards are accepted
※Other payment methods, including QR payments, are not accepted
※Only credit cards with 3D Secure authentication are accepted
I haven't received the password for 3D Secure authentication.
Your password will be sent to the address you pre-registered with your credit card issuer, not to the address (mobile phone number or email address) you provided when purchasing tickets or registering for membership.
It may be filtered into your spam folder, so please check your email settings.
If you do not receive it, please contact your credit card issuer.
Please tell me how to register for 3D Secure.
The registration method varies depending on the credit card issuer.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact your credit card issuer directly.
An error occurs and I cannot proceed with the purchase / The authentication screen does not appear
Possible causes of the error include:
・Your card is not registered for 3D Secure
・Browser or device settings issues
・Temporary authentication error on the card issuer's side
We recommend first confirming your registration status with your card issuer.
Please also try using a different browser or device.
About Using Tickets
Please tell me how to display the tickets.
To view your purchased ticket, tap [View Ticket] within your reservation confirmation email.
Please open and prepare your ticket before boarding or exiting the bus.
If you cannot locate your reservation confirmation email,
you can also log in to your My Page via the URL below to view your ticket.

Will paper tickets be issued?
No physical ticket will be issued. You may board directly without exchanging it.
All tickets purchased on this site are electronic tickets.
Regarding Receipts
Can you issue a receipt for a past transaction?
You can also issue receipts for past reservations from your customer account page.
Please note that once a receipt is issued, we cannot change the recipient name or memo.
Is it possible to issue a receipt for personal use (without an invoice number)?
Individual customers can receive a receipt even without an invoice number.
What is the deadline for issuing receipts?
The system does not set a specific expiration date.
